i have been debited £104 for anual subscription
JA: I'm sorry to hear about the unexpected charge. When did you notice the £104 charge for the annual subscription?
Customer: I am actually calling on behalf of my sister , she had massive stroke one week ago and i am in the process of closing down her Pc as she will no longer be able Im afraid to use it but the money was taken from her account and due again on July 19 20 25. is it possible to get the latest debit ,replaced in her acc
JA: Do you know which service or company the charge is related to?
Customer: THedirect debit on her acc says sm. nord products and i am sure it was a safety thing as i would sometimes see it if she had her pc on
JA: Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: . dont really know anything else until last week she was a very fit 83 yr old who ran her own life

I fitted a new ice maker complete and when I turned it back on I had the error still.I reset this and left it over night.
