The customer service at this location is outstanding. This isn't even my closest location, but I choose this one over and over again because of the great experience and care I've had from them. Everyone I've dealt with from this location, from in store, on the phone and their delivery staff has been incredible.

All employees are helpful and pleasant. Today Tim was helpful and Ryan got me to buy a new vape. He goes for the add-on sale and his suggestions to make my treatment more effective. I could name them all and their kindness but I’m in a hurry. Great job Deerfield Beach!

False Advertising & on 420 shame on you! Stay away they got a bad attitude rude towards customers and dont keep their word honoring promotions.. I can go in to deatials but Ill spare you this spot is waaak thats why its empty even on 420! 🙃

The staff at the Deerfield beach location are the best and Tim was no exception. He was friendly, helpful and knew the products so he could answer my questions and help select the best products for me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The people working in the Deerfield location are always so friendly and informative. It is really my favorite places even though others are closer. The people are also very down to earth and not arrogant which other places have an uncomfortable feeling.

Not at all satistfied with the service. I came in and a guy started helping me and my order wasnt ready. I ordered it 10-20 mins in advance. I paid with card and Yessica Torres, the store manager, told me she had to round up to the next 10 and she’d give me the difference. I ended up paying $30 plus the $3.50 ATM fee. I was only supposed to pay $22. She claimed to have checked the cameras but the only thing that was handed to me was my receipt. I checked the bag for cash and i didnt see anything. They make at least $250 a day to give me a hard time about not recieving my cash back that im owed. I wont be coming back. That was my first and last time.

What great service! Soon as I walked in Ryan was able to help me solve a problem I was having and helping with my new purchase. Everyone in the store was super helpful. Felt really comfortable being there!

Industry employee here, couple nice staff members, and decent product. Never a quick in and out like advertised, even when ordered online 2 hours in advance. Experience could use some improvements.

This is the first time I visited your store at felt like I belong there. People knew my name even when I left the guy at the front desk say goodbye Jeffrey made me feel welcome. I’ve been to your store 1 million times before and I just thought it was boring. I needed to get out of there. It was no love thank you for the change.

Trayvon was so excellent. I asked a question and instead of giving me a 1 sentence explanation, I was educated on the product and why it is used. There were even keywords I used and all the info checks out. Very much enjoyed the experience.Also, Hercules always has greets me with a smile and kind words. It truly is stressful getting there (no car in FL, 🤧), but it is a little oasis of kindness inside. My store of preference. 100%

Met at the front door with a pleasant greeting asked if I had placed an order or needed to use the kiosk. Was ordering in store si was led to the kiosk, asked if I had any questions (I didn't) and then placed order. Great experience as always!

This is the dispensary I visit them most. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness and caring when asking about different products. The patience I’m given always puts me at ease and helps me to be confident with my choices of product(s). The team here has me leave with a smile every time.

My favorite dispensary in south Florida. Most things are always on sale and the staff is fast, efficient and friendly. It really feels like they like are happy to work there. Its like night and day compared to shopping some other dispensaries.

Placed an order at 11 pm, the product was delivered the next day at 4 pm, free delivery! Excellent product as well. Great customer service.

Used to be my favorite dispensary - many in the area there. New policy that if you don’t have your medical card you have to go your original medical email, is silly and off putting. Every single dispensary in the area can check with the state ID. Maybe invest in their same system that can verify? Muv and Fluent both verify by ID. When I asked the gentleman checking me in he said “you can call corporate and ask them if you have a problem.” Did I say I have a problem? No, simply stating it makes absolutley no sense.

First time and placed an online order for delivery. After 3 hrs and no updates, I called and was informed the order would be delivered tomorrow. The worker kindly suggested I place yonpick up after I asked to cancel the order and when I go in to pick up, I watch 2 other ppl come in and get helped before me forcing me to wait another 15-20mins.Flower and price was very good (fire nug 🤤) but packaging could use some work as shown in the photo.

Customer is always right not necessarily the case here at Curaleaf. Used to trust them to provide medicine at the highest quality and provide the care and compassion a medical dispensary should have. Last night I went into buy a half gram cartridge and it came empty out the bag. Walked back inside to fix the problem and the manager already started giving me problems. Returned it for another one and it was empty too. Didn’t want to cause any problems so I walked out. Woke up this morning and reached for that cartridge in my pocket. It is completely empty. I’m not letting anybody manipulate me like that every again. I cannot believe that after years of my loyalty I would get treated like that at this dispensary but now I know the curaleaf batches will always come half empty and that I should redirect my and all my friends business elsewhere.

100% my favorite dispensary. I’ve been to many others in the area and Curaleaf is definitely the best! They always have awesome deals and a great selection of products. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always takes their time answering questions and making recommendations.

20 minutes notice and then you just show up without a confirmation of time of arrival ? People have lives. Do better. Curaleaf after 2 years of cancer relief you lost my business. Just saying I called and came does not qualify for a reschedule. Name one business model where you order, need payment and signage and expect your clients to be there indefinitely waiting by the door. Oh. Wait. Tv cable service which no one uses anymore 🤔 🙄

Amazing service. And I'm not just saying that. Coming from Colorado and shopping in a LOT of dispensaries, I've been around a lot of BUDtenders and the group here are amazing.

LOL I wish I never complained so I erased it - everyone here is pretty cool and it's always an easy experience :)The technicians / staff that work at this location are truly something special. They know their product and are helpful in making sure you are getting the right experience while medicating. I find it to be more professional and easy going then the overly branded dispensaries that don't often lend the time to productive conversations regarding product selection. Two individuals that have stood out in particular are Karina and Hannah - they really create a vibe thato encourages wanting to return. Def a go to spot 🙂

I have met some wonderful people at dispensaries in Florida however Jasmine is not only Top 5 but #1 person ever had. I place a nice size order and needed to switch out some product and she was totally patient and helpful with the changes. She then told me about the new Squeeze item that have and based on her recommendation I bought 4. BTW it is so good. Just tried and went online to order many more. This place was great. The atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. We were greeted and assisted as soon as we walked in the door. Mask are optional there was no door guard demanding you mask up unlike other places. Everyone that works here was so friendly and helpful. We even got a great discount. I highly recommend this place. Great selections and great prices.

I have went to multiple dispensaries around the area and honestly curaleaf takes the Hat. Anything from their flowers to edibles two oils and wax everything is absolutely amazing. The product quality is outstanding, nothing like what you will find at any other dispensary and the prices are even better. All the employees were so sweet, chit-chatting like you were their best friend for years! They made me feel right at home and answered every question I had. I will no longer be going to any other dispensary as they are now my #1!! If that isn't enough for you just go try it yourself because trust me you're not going to be disappointed!!

I’ve been to many curaleaf locations throughout the state but the staff makes the Deerfield Beach location unbeatable! They are so friendly and helpful. I will note this location is really busy so I’d plan your visits accordingly. No complaints though they do an awesome job getting patients in and out. Cant stress enough how great the people are, they really make the whole place so much better. Definitely check them out!

I'm ONLY giving 4 stars because they have been short staffed for about 4 weeks and it'd taking 45min to an hour wait to get in thr door. I actually have had to go to Fluent on occasion because the wait is so long and it breaks my heart because I LOVE this place. Great staff...other than the crazy wait time, I'd give them a 5. They really need to have a line for those with pickups ready and a line with those that have no idea what they want or that need to be educated.

Zach was awesome, super patient. He communicates well and is very personable, making sure you’re able to use any discounts applicable. As someone who works in the industry, I was very impressed and pleased with my experience here today!!

I am new to cannabis and was very nervous about what and how to use it. My budtender, Chris, was absolutely WONDERFUL!! He taught me so much and helped me pick out products to try for day and/or night. He quickly put me at ease and patiently (and repeatedly) answered all of my questions and was just in general a blast to deal with. He is absolutely worth his weight in gold! Give that man a raise!!!

This is the quickest dispensary to go to in the area on average wait time is less than five minutes. The service is top notch; Big shout out to the manager Brad, Alex and Autumn.I enjoy their weekly specials and they have a great rewards loyalty points system. I recommend purchasing the cartridges (the ones that need to go into a vape) or loose flower. Check out much recommendations based on your medication needs.G

Curaleaf Deerfield is by far the fastest and one of the more pleasant experiences ive had purchasing product. i was waiting at another dispensary for more than an hour before i decided to give curaleaf a try, i got to the window and was signed in, and was attended by a very friendly and nice tender by the name of Huey ( Curaleaf please give this man some kudos) he let me know what deals are available and i was in and out in like 10 mins. absolutely fantastic and if service is always like that you can definitely expect me to come back.

I like their prices on the concentrates, but I feel like they don't always have as high thc stuff as some other dispensaries out here.The staff are great here, and its always neat and clean inside. Low wait times.

What a difference. From Trulieve to Curaleaf. Curaleaf was great. I had no wait. I arrived around noon on a Sunday. Great atmosphere. Nice experience. I'll review products at a later time.

The place does have good stuff. However, I went there with the intention of getting the $75 off purchases of $150 or more which applies to people who have paid the $75 re-registration fee. I tried showing them proof that I re-registered by showing my registry account. They said the proof must be in the form of an e-mail. They didn't give me the discount even though I could prove that I had re-registered.

I had a good first time experience with this location but I must admit, I was a little let down yesterday when I placed an order online to find out that they are no longer offering me a second time discount. This was a discount not only promised to me by the budtender when I left their location last time but also a discount that I've received at every other dispensary I've been to so far. 4 of them. They also literally just finished running a 20% discount that I missed by days..I know... you snooze, you lose! All the same, I'm sure the products here are amazing, like the first couple items I was able to try on my first visit but I don't like being told I can't have a discount that was promised to me. The budtender told me just to make mention of it when I make my online purchase but apparently they just did away with this discount as well. I won't be coming back unless I have to.

Ordered 4 1/2 days ago ... checked a day later ... was told order was pulled and in the back waiting for deliver in a day or 2 .. 3 days later no delivery and my order was cannibalized (a 3rd time!!!) to satisfy another client. This place totally "ROCKS"!!! So does the "LIVE RESIN" vape pen cartridges!!! These are the "BEST" vape pen cartridges on the market. You get what you pay for. The employees totally "ROCK" as well, as they will go out of their way to make sure that your getting the biggest & best discounts possible. Jody is "AWESOME", so was Yesenia.

Visited Curaleaf a little while ago and found it different from other stores. I went there for my sisters first consultation and Gabby was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

They are always so welcoming. Gabi is wonderful. She knows the products well and is able to clearly explain different strains and blends.

As a first time customer, I believe that the experience at this Curaleaf Deerfield location was efficient and educational. The atmosphere, the layout and the decor is simple and contemporary. Jen was patient and answered all of my questions. She took the time I needed to understand the differences between the different products. There was actually a great sale going on the day I went which made the visit worthwhile. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program to receive discounts.
